Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

Description

Description (Service) Anyone needing food is encouraged to take what they need. A collaboration with local organizations to provide access to food 24/7.

The pantries are stocked by the host organization, the community and the Barrie Food Bank.

Donation Items for Little Food Pantries - Spring/Summer
  • Single serve cereal boxes
  • Pasta or rice side dishes such as Sidekicks
  • Granola bars
  • Crackers
  • Canned tuna or sardines packed in oil
  • Cans of Soup, Beans, Vegetables
  • Kraft Dinner
  • Peanut butter
  • Cookies, Candy bars,
  • Water
Do not put items in the Little Food Pantries that are perishable, or spoil in intense summer heat. These items will be removed for food safety reasons.
