Suggesting Updates to Database Listings

When viewing the full details of a community program, you will see the option to 'Suggest Update' just below the name of the organization and program. Clicking this option will allow a user to submit feedback to Community Connection's team of data curators. Users can also select 'Suggest Record' on top menu bar to suggest a new listing.

The BCFMC Walk-In Clinics have restructured and are now closed to all non-FHO patients
Open only to patients of one of the family physicians listed here:https://barriefho.ca/

After-hours clinic offers increased services and access to primary care for FHO members' patients exclusively, including same-day appointments for FHO patients on a first-come, first-served basis. If your physician is not able to see you, they will direct you to visit one of the After-Hours Clinic locations or call 705-722-1199 for more information

Services include:

  • COVID-19 assessment. COVID-19 PCR testing is no longer available.
  • Bronchitis and pneumonia
  • Sinus infections
  • Cold and Flu symptoms
  • Vomiting and Diarrhea
  • Strep Tests and assessments
  • Free medications for sexually transmitted infections (STI) available
  • Narcotics will not be prescribed
